In Acts 25–26, Paul stands trial before Festus and then Agrippa. In doing so, he appeals to Caesar and it becomes clear that what Jesus said to him will come to pass: "you must also testify in Rome" (23:11). God was at work in the details, directing the steps of Paul's life, as he was simply a faithful witness for Christ. Pastor Doug Horner preaches from Acts 25 and 26 in a message titled, "The Glory of God's Plan."
